Areas like Laguna Beach and Newport Beach had yet to be incorporated, and few people called the Pacific coast home. Rachel Stanaland, DVM, was born and raised in South Orange County and grew up in San Clemente, giving her a deep understanding of the value and appeal of living and working here. She also has a diverse professional background that reflects her passion to help others – both people and pets.
Rachel graduated with honors from St. George’s University in 2013 as a doctor of veterinary medicine, and completed her clinical rotations at North Carolina State University. Her professional interests include small-animal general surgery and emergency and critical care. She also holds a degree in business administration from the University of Southern California, with an emphasis in real estate finance and a minor in law and public policy, and worked as a stock analyst for Investor’s Business Daily for several years. In addition, Rachel earned a real estate license and works with her husband, John Stanaland, for Villa Real Estate, and devotes her time between her two professional passions. As part of the Stanaland team, she navigates real estate transactions with surgical precision and delivers excellence every time.

During his years working as a Santa Ana Police Officer, Trevor joined the SWAT team and went onto the LA County Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Bureau SWAT school where he earned the Top Shot award and was a leader in his class.
Now, as the fifth generation of real estate professionals in his family, Trevor shapes his career in real estate as he works with his father, John Stanaland. As part of the Stanaland team, he has already worked on numerous transactions breaking local records. In the first quarter of 2022 alone, the team sold over $200,000,000 on and off the market.

Logan Montgomery has a diverse knowledge of the real estate market in Orange County. He was born and raised in coastal OC and enjoys being able to help families move into the neighborhoods he loves. Morgan Just has spent the last 17 years traveling the world as a world-winning skimboard champion, flowboarding professional, and wake surfing professional. Being well-rounded within the Board Sport profession, Morgan has partnered with and been sponsored by brands such as Catchsurf and 9 Pro Model Boards with Victoria Skimboards, even so far as to have the honor of having two professional surfing model boards in his name. Alongside these incredible partnerships, Morgan also took full advantage of the learning experiences and opportunities by diving deep into the business side of professional Board Sports.
Today, having retired from the world of professional board sports, Morgan is partnered with the Stanaland Group, which is rooted in a multi-generational legacy of real estate influence and success as one of Orange County’s top teams.
Spending almost two decades earning a living in the surfing industry, Morgan has found all of those experiences prepared him immensely for success in the Real Estate industry, giving him a solid and relatable foundation for the ins and outs various businesses. He has found that negotiating a real estate contract is much like negotiating sponsorship contracts or professional board sports contracts. To date, Morgan retains a 100% satisfaction rate in advising his clients through their home buying and selling experience. As a Laguna Beach native, Morgan continues teaching skimboard camps and lessons locally and internationally, to spread his passion for the sport and inspire the youth of the next generation.
