Were you aware that this year celebrates the 15th anniversary for the First Thursday Art Walks available near Laguna Beach homes? It's such a privilege to live in a town where creative talent and artistic enterprise is honored. To celebrate this special achievement, you and your family and friends who live in Laguna Beach may want to take a walk along Pacific Coast Highway and through the Village to honor the many art studios and artists who have made this event a possibility over the years
From Wyland’s working studio gallery where you can visit original pieces and see limited editions and sculptures and the original “Whaling Wall” mural to the Signature Gallery where you can witness the Jenny Simon Evening Romance Show, in a bold representation of her ripples technique and Sea Day series, you're sure to be impressed! Abstract paintings can be found at Transformation at Gallery 1951 and many other types of artwork can be explored between the North, South, and Central Galleries. You can even grab a bite to eat or some drinks as you meander through the studios. Shuttles are available between 6 and 9 p.m. and the shuttle map can be seen by clicking here.
