Sip & Savor Holiday Tastings at Montage

Hospitality Night


The holidays kick off in Laguna Beach on Friday, Dec. 5th, from 5-9pm, with Hospitality Night. Get your cameras ready because Santa Claus will be arriving at City Hall at 6pm. There will be ice-skating at the rink at U.S. Bank, live music, dancing, SNOW in Laguna Beach, and a free showing of “It’s a Wonderful Life” at the theater at 9:15pm. Santa’s Winter Wonderland


If you miss Santa’s arrival on Dec. 5th, don’t worry! The big man will be in downtown Laguna Beach until Dec. 24th every day from 1pm-4pm. Santa’s Winter Wonderland takes place downtown on Forest Ave. and Glenneyre.

Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade


One of the most spectacular holiday events in Southern California is the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade, running until Jan. 4th. Homes and businesses surrounding the harbor go all out with decorations, including roof-top animated scenes and dancing Christmas trees. Prizes are awarded for judged categories – and some participants get very competitive! The boat parade is one of the largest decorated boat parades in the country, with hundreds of decorated ships of all sizes competing for top awards in over a half dozen categories. Over a million people visit to see the spectacle each year, making this a must-see event!
