Combining art with culinary culture and relaxed, beachfront dining, The Deck and Pacific Edge Hotel are creating a very unique and exclusive dining experience for you to enjoy near your Laguna Beach home. Once per month, beginning with Friday, May 4th and Saturday, May 5th, you can delight in a fine dining prix fixe menu at the Pacific Edge Hotel. May's menu features three courses beginning with Amuse Bouche, a combination of Carlsbad local oysters with a Habenero- lime mignonette, dungeness crab cake with a micro sorrel salad and preserved Meyer lemon vinaigrette, along with Santa Barbara spot prawns and California avocados three ways, and California braised brandt beef short rib & butter poached local spiny lobsters or Farmers Market mushroom-mascarpone risotto, garlic flower & micro mustard greens.
