A real treasure for those who live in Laguna is the Sawdust Art Festival. This non-profit organization showcases local art created by people who live in Laguna Beach. This festival is very popular during the summer months, but also showcases many events year round. One such event residents don’t want to miss is the opportunity to create their own “Tidepool” bracelet
Artist Linda Ames, who has been exhibiting for many years at the Sawdust Art Festival, is offering the opportunity to come create a beautiful bracelet. Join Linda on Friday, November 8 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Be sure to register early so the spots do not fill up. No experience is required and those participating will have the opportunity to design their own sterling silver wire bracelet shaped into a design of their choosing and use beads and semi-precious stones to make their very own version of this popular piece of jewelry
Linda’s jewelry is inspired by the ocean, which is no surprise since she enjoys living in Laguna. She began her career as a painter, but then began using her skills to make jewelry. Linda creates many of her own beads and loves teaching others her beloved craft. Join her to make a beautiful Laguna keepsake.
