The Laguna Art Museum and Laguna Beach Live! will be presenting an amazing evening combining fine art and fantastic music this Thursday, December 13th, near your Laguna Beach home, at the Laguna Art Museum. Beginning at 5 p.m., you'll have the chance to tour the art museum and then later, from 7 to 8 p.m., witness talented musician, Evan J. Marshall. The World's Premier Solo Mandolin Virtuoso, Marshall will have you convinced that he is accompanied by a chorus of mandolins as he combines classical favorites with strong traditional Italian and American Folk styles. Well-known country performer Chet Atkins even referred to Evan as "one of the few great musicians of our time," letting you know that this showing is indeed a special treat for those who live in Laguna Beach!
The concert is free with Museum admission, and both are free for museum members. Otherwise admission for adults is $7 and senior and student tickets cost $5. The Laguna Art Museum is located at 307 Cliff Drive and more information can be found by clicking here. This performance is sponsored as part of a series developed by Laguna Beach Live! and more concerts will follow each month on the second Thursday, so plan to attend this great community event now and throughout the new year.
